Liz makes a felt cat wallet

I saw a cute little cat wallet on Pinterest the other day and had another one of those days where I thought "Hey, I can toats make that." It didn't turn out perfectly, but that's okay. Here's how I made it:

You'll need some sheets of felt, a little velcro, needle, thread, scissors and a sewing machine. Oh, and you'll also need this pattern, below. I made it myself and you can use it as you please. It's a little silly, so don't get excited about it.
Cut out one of everything, except for the ears and eyes; cut two of those.
Sew your velcro on, making sure it matches up correctly. At this point, you'll also need to sew the face features onto the cat face. Now you can sew the neck onto the flap of the wallet.
You can tell from this picture that I've also sewn on the cat face (complete with features) at this point. After you've done that, you can sew the sides together. Yay! You're done!
I know it's not as great as the original, but that's okay. I'm not about being perfect -- ever. :)
Have a great Wednesday!
Love, Liz
