Liz makes peanut butter and jelly thumbprint cookies

I haven't baked in awhile, but I made these cute looking and quite delicious thumbprint cookies today. It only took a few ingredients and they were all in my kitchen already.

You'll need: one egg, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 tablespoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt and some jelly. I used crunchy pb and grape jelly. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix your flour, sugar and salt together in a medium-sized bowl. Next, add your egg, butter and peanut butter with a mixer.
Using the palm of your hands, roll up the dough into small balls. You should be able to make twelve of them. Using your thumb, indent a small crater into the center of each one and scoop a small dollop of jelly into the craters. Bake for 10-15 minutes. You'll still want them to be a little soft. Let cool after taking them out of the oven and enjoy!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Love, Liz
