Liz makes a no-sew, t-shirt scarf

I've been seeing scarves like this all over Pinterest. I thought I'd give it a go, and I think it turned out really cute. It's really easy and you don't even need to own a sewing machine to make one. Just grab an old t-shirt and a pair of scissors and you're ready to go.

Grab an old t-shirt that you won't mind cutting up. Preferably, I chose an old solid-color shirt, but a multi-colored shirt might look nice too.
Cut it right below the armpits. Make sure you're cut is straight.
Now make even-length strips about 1/2" wide and 5" long.
Take a single piece of fringe and pull. Do with every stitch.
Grab two strips and knot them together. Do this with all the strips. So you'll have couples of knots around the whole scarf.
Now grab one strand from one knot and another strand from the knot next to it. Tie those two together. Do this all around the scarf.
Now you're done! Slip it over your head and enjoy your (not so) hard work!
Have a great week!
Love, Liz
