Oh goodness, this week has been a whirlwind of the six classes I'm taking this semester (sociology, calculus, accounting, technical writing, microeconomics and an upper division history class), making/selling/shipping Breaking Bad pillows, buying money to make more BrBa pillows, meetings, etc. I have finally finished all of my homework today (just kidding, I still have more) and made room to blog about my dinner last night. Tortilla pizzas were (and still are) a childhood favorite of mine. My friend's mom made them for us all of the time when we were young. Here's how I made mine last night:
You'll need a tortilla, a handful of cheese (I used both "pizza" and sharp cheddar cheese), a few spoonfuls of pizza/marinara sauce and some toppings. My toppings included jalapenos and bell peppers.
My brother bought me a Pizzazz pizza cooker thing for my birthday last year, and it rocks. I cooked my tortilla pizza on that, but you could use an electric skillet or whatever works for you. Put all of your toppings on.
I cooked mine on the Pizzazz for about 6-7 minutes, which was perfect.
Cooked to perfection! Cut into quarters and enjoy. Next time, I'll be de-seeding the jalapenos, because holy crap, it was burning hot!
Have a great day everyone. I'm off to do more homework!

I love these, I make them all the time at my dad's house when I can't find anything else to eat, the only difference being I fold mine in half, wrap it in tin foil and bake it in the oven! Delicious! I'm glad that I am not the only person who makes these too! Good luck with school!

Thank you Summer! I think these things rock, and your idea of cooking them in the oven sounds great!
